We had Aurora perform at our wedding in September and there were amazing. High energy and great songs! Many guests commented how excellent the band were and different from the norm. Following a recommendation Aurora were engaged to play at our daughter's wedding just a few days ago. They certainly lived up to our expectations and beyond. All our guests were dancing without exception and everyone had a thoroughly brilliant evening. The time passed all too quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Aurora because they genuinely do want to entertain you.
I hired the band for my 50th-retirement party, they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They played upbeat modern music that got everyone dancing and turned a good night into a really great night. The lead singer has a superb voice and all the band members are all great musicians. They are excellent value for money and I would highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed.
The band were excellent from initial emails to the final song at our wedding - so professional, accommodating and amazing performers! We loved the slightly different selection of music to your average wedding band, the mash ups were great. The dance floor was packed all evening and everyone said afterwards how fantastic they were, would highly recommend! We had the best evening, a big thanks to the band for making our special day

I would highly recommend you to any of my friends - we received many compliments about the music and your performance. Thanks for getting everyone up to dance - I know you have probably seen many events in your time but people were cutting shapes I didn't even know existed! Once such move is the "walrus" - an attempt at 'the worm' by a fairly hefty and alcohol-laden South African relative of mine. We have lifelong memories - thank you all again, it was great!
The band were brilliant! I couldn't have been happier with al the pre-event communications and the coordination of the evening to the live performances and DJ sets. From the first time we saw a video of the band, of one thing we were absolutely certain we HAD to have them play at our wedding. These guys just have that something special and we knew they would make our night. They definitely did not disappoint! They were absolutely incredible, they sounded amazing, their repertoire cutting edge and their presence electric. They really made the whole evening - the dance floor was packed all night and everybody raved about them long after the night was over. We found Aurora to be extremely professional and efficient from initial inquiry right up until the day of the wedding and it's been a pleasure dealing with them. All emails were responded to promptly and the band's representative was extremely helpful with all our inquiries. We had limited space available at our venue but they were more than willing to be flexible and we worked together to find a solution. They even went so far as to rehearse and record a bespoke arrangement for our first dance which made it really personal and we were hugely grateful. On the day of the wedding we were running a bit behind schedule and as a result, Aurora's performance started later than planned. As the wedding took place in a residential area, we were mindful of noise disruption and, despite the late start, Aurora decided to perform their sets back-to-back, without a break, so that they would still finish at 11pm as planned. We have had nothing but positive feedback regarding the quality of the music, the dance floor was full for most of the night and everyone had a great time. We would definitely recommend Aurora to other people planning a wedding or any other event, they were fantastic. We can't thank them enough!

Members have also appeared in theatre productions of Les Miserables and Kings Of Harmony as well as for BBC national and international events. They have performed in America, Australia, Italy, Portugal, Algeria and Malaysia as well as at numerous weddings and private parties.
