On behalf of the AGLR, thank you to the entire team for travelling all the way to Sete (and back!) and for providing us with a truly memorable evening. We hope you enjoyed yourselves as much as we did. Come back soon! Best regards, Nancy McGee
What an amazing band! I totally recommend them. Funk & Groove played at my 40th birthday party in January 2015 in Reading. They combine a great sense of fun and bags of musical talent with a dedication to creating a great experience for the audience. Everyone at my party said how much they enjoyed the music and how the band created a superb atmosphere for the whole event. The singers were lovely and worked very well with the talented musicians and I was impressed that the sound engineer kept a close eye on the balance of each song. I’m so glad that I booked them!
A big, big thank you for last night. I thoroughly enjoyed myself, as well as everybody else. Fantastic night, fantastic band. Thank you so much for my presents that was so nice of you and especially the T shirt LOVE IT. Really enjoyed getting up to sing again. Thanks for everything! LARAINE XXXXXXX
Apologies for the lateness of this message, but we would like to say a BIG thank you to all of you for helping to make our wedding so unbelievably unforgettable! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect band to help get the party started and it seems every one of our guests was absolutely amazed by all of you. We’ve had people tell us that you were the best band they had ever heard at a wedding! Thank you so much again and we will be sure to recommend you to anyone looking for an amazing band for their wedding.
Well placed rhythmic percussion breakdowns and tasteful and impressive solos impress even the most discerning music-lovers. Funk and Groove have entertained more than a few sizeable crowds at events around the world, including Winter Wonderland (Hyde Park), the internationally renowned Cork Guinness Jazz Festival (Ireland) and the St. Louis Festival in Sete (France).
