'Sinfonia' are a professional, classical trained, Wind Quintet based in the South East. This highly acclaimed ensemble has an extensive and varied repertoire, spanning nearly four centuries. For weddings, corporate entertaining, banquets, conferences, outdoor events including garden parties etc., Sinfonia are able to provide a high quality performance programme of classical and light music, including jazz and popular music arrangements. All programmes are designed to suit the requirements of the occasion.
Sinfonia also perform more serious music for recitals in concert halls, churches and other venues. Sinfonia are modular and can offer anything from a duo (usually oboe/flute) to a much larger wind ensemble or small orchestra.
As well as numerous functions, Sinfonia members have played at a number of prestige events such as the Eurotunnel Opening Ceremonies, the Kent County Show, the Brighton Festival, Boulogne ‘Musique et Ramparts’ Festival and the ‘Masterclass’ programme on Classic FM.
