"Get Ready" are a superb 3 piece vocal team. Michael, Dave and Otis are simply awe inspiring! Their smooth & silky vocal harmonies offer the perfect tribute to the Motown greats, such as The Temptations, The Four Tops, The O'Jays, The Drifters, Marvin gaye & little Stevie Wonder. If that wasnt all, their perfectly choreographed shows are truly something to see. More than nostalgic, you could almost believe you had slipped back in time! Their honed vocals and utter showmanship ensures that they stand out from the rest so its not surprising that they've won many talents shows over the years or that they've recently collecting an Award for 'Outstanding Performances' from the Worcester District Council Entertainment Board.
The 'Get Ready' repertoire includes a series of hits in both ballad and dance styles and their show includes carefully arranged complex vocal harmonies that highlight the group's 'doo-wop' heritage. They also deliver simple rhythm numbers & graceful ballads like 'My Girl' with such vocal accuracy and style that they are able to recreate that Nostalgic Motown Era all over again. Great Ready have very great respect and admiration for the Motown Movement, the driving force behind their success. The group have performed at numerous venues all over the country, including clubs, hotels and cabaret venues. They have also performed at a wide range of private functions including weddings, birthdays and anniversaries.
