Hi Koser, Our mini festival went fantastically and we enjoyed every minute. Your careful organisation and the band's flexibility on the night are an ideal mix and meant everything went very smoothly. Our guests really enjoyed Function 5. There were many comments about what excellent musicians they are and how well they 'read' their audience and pitched it just right so everyone really had a great evening. Thanks a million, Di.......Dear Koser, Function 5 are an excellent group and I have had people who were totally against having a band ask if I can get them back next year!! Extremely talented! Although it was a fair, there were people watching and listening and saying 'Wow they are good'. One youngster came down and said 'It is going round the pub, how good the band is' she then danced for 30 minutes (and she never dances!). If I can persuade the committee, which I do not think they will need much persuading, I will ask you to pencil them in for next year. Thanks a million for all your help! Love, Di

Hi Koser, Wow, what an amazing band! They were the best, we've had so many compliments for booking them, they really made our night. Matt did an amazing drum solo in the dark when we blew up the power to the hall!! Fortunately all was rectified with some dodgey fuse box by-passing, but it was an incredible solo that everyone was talking about. Even got my Mum on the dance floor! They were such an great band! Nina had all the little children dancing as well as John's Auntie Joan in her 80s - on the dance floor for most of the night!! Hi Koser, Function 5 were excellent! Many of the guests commented on how good they were and we were delighted that their music got everyone up and dancing. Nina has a great voice and the variety of songs they performed worked really well. The guitar solos were a brilliant bonus! Hi Koser, the band arrived promptly, played great music and had a full dance floor all night. Nina is a fab singer, and Pete showed off his guitar moves in style. Function 5 were fantastic.  The ideal band for Amy & Ben's Wedding celebrations.  They entertained all ages that were there.  Their choice of music and repertoire was ideal.  Their performance was superb both individuals and as a group.  Many people have commented since how well they played and got everyone up dancing.  I think we even grew a 'groupie' for them.  People enjoyed the band members moving amongst them on the dance floor and also that people were made to join in and finish off lines and verses.  I have no hesitation in recommending them to the social committee to consider looking at for futiure events.  Please thank the band for their patience and flexibility in waiting from allocated early set up slot in the afternoon and again for allowing us to run over slightly on their starting time. I hope they enjoyed the night too. Thank you again and thank you to Function 5.

Hi Koser, I just had to add to Kate’s e-mail to say how brilliant we thought the music was at the wedding. The band were terrific and everyone had a wonderful time – the children particularly loved it all, and it was lovely that they were so encouraged to be involved with the music (Jessica & Charlotte (6), who had never met, actually stood right in front of the mic rophone with a couple of maracas for what seemed like hours, in perfect time to the music as well!). In fact, at my other daughter’s wedding 8 years ago in a marquee but not the same site down here, we had a local band and they had everyone on the dance floor all the time – but I have to say that Peter and the guys were even better as they were so interactive – I don’t think I have ever sung Mustang Sally down a microphone before! Embarrassing but what the heck! A great band, great people and my thanks to them all again – fabulous! Wish we could do it all again.
